Processes
The workshop has been carrying out all the below mentioned techniques for the customers of Modimex, guaranteeing to them professionality and experience, exploiting the deep knowledge of its experts for technical and sector problems and taking advantage of a great supply of machines and high qualified staff, fully dedicated to this purpose.
All the processes must be applied to flat parts of garments, except for some particular cases in which it is possible to realize them directly to finished garments, depending on the result of the customer project analysis.
These are our processes:
PRONGED NAILHEADS APPLICATION. Personalized application on leather or fabric by heand, automatic andwith moulds (with pronged nailheads, rhinestones, pearls and cabouchones).
HOTFIX APPLICATIONS AND TRANSFERS UPON REQUEST with:
- Rhinestones
- Metal Nailheads: flat, faceted, half pearl, bark
- Pearls
- Cabouchones
- Beads
- Plotter
PRINTING, IMPRINTS AND PIERCING ON LEATHER.
HIGH FREQUENCY PROCESSES. Gouffrage (embossed) and PVC (shiny or mat colour).
The flexibility of these processes allows also the combination of different techniques inside the same realization.
